A 140m tall, 32-story building, located at the entrance to the Hasan Arafa compound in Tel Aviv. The project includes three commercial floors and above them a luxury office tower with two main curtain wall systems. One is a structural glazing system integrated with especially wide glass and tin panels for a distinctive and clean look. The second curtain wall integrates horizontal tin panels that protrude 150mm from the glass line. Glass railings, tin and glass cladding and sliding doors create a highly detailed structure with an impressive design.
