A project involving the combined execution of a 42-story high-rise office tower with a horizontal “tower” that houses the showrooms of the Volkswagen, Audi, Seat and Skoda automotive brands.

For this project, a unique curtain wall system was developed which combines spatial aluminum composite panels, boxes that protrude from the curtain wall by up to 50 cm. This system accommodates the rapid installation rate, the precise execution, and effective sealing and insulation of the facade. In addition, the façades of the exhibition halls feature specific adaptations, including a curtain wall suspended with glass fins and a continuous sheeting system. All these systems meet the sophisticated design requirements of the automotive brands.
