A prestigious residential tower that rises to 125 meters (32 stories). The combination of glass and steel creates a beautiful, modern and flowing exterior.
Every floor of the project features undivided floor-to-ceiling glass in the curtain walls. The curtain walls combine Kipp windows with a custom KDK opening mechanism, which enables convenient and safe opening of windows at an opening of 3.3 square meters. The aluminum cladding system, formed in beams, serves as a design element and was developed specially for the project.
The cladding is anchored through the curtain walls and is up to 3 meters away.
