First pictures of the Lighthouse building in Bat Yam! The luxury residential project is located only 500m from the shoreline and the boardwalk. The 47-story tower includes 194 apartments. The building envelope will be composed entirely of structurally glazed gold-tinted glass curtain walls, giving the building a unique, first-of-its-kind façade that will glitter and be visible from a distance.

We are also installing sliding glass doors to the apartment balconies that are especially resistant against strong winds, noise, and rain, to provide the residents of the building with an uninterrupted view of the shore line, maximum thermal and acoustic comfort, and easy maintenance.
