The First International Bank Tower features a climatic double skin façade system that reuses the air conditioning system’s existing energy to cool the building’s envelope.
This unique element exists only in a few buildings in the world. This is the only system of its kind in Israel.
In the building, 2,700 electrically-operated blind shutters were installed.
