A prestigious seafront residential building which includes a 26-floor tower and a perimeter-block 9-floor building.

The project has two main systems. The first, a WW [Window Wall]  we developed specifically for this project and is based on appearance. It is a thermally detached window wall system in which we removed all the static to allow for maximum space for the tenant, creating 250 mm-deep outward protruding bullnoses. the system also incorporates electric opening windows the entire height of the window.

The second, a minimal thermally detached sliding door system in the balcony area that includes railing and partition work.
