In a city where every stone tells a story, ๐Ÿ“– a groundbreaking project is taking shape-one that seamlessly blends Jerusalemโ€™s architectural history with cutting-edge construction technologies.

โ€œGav-Yam Hebrew University Park,โ€ the new high-tech park at the Hebrew University campus, is reshaping the cityโ€™s skyline while preserving its unique character.

We are carrying out the building envelope works for Phase 1 of this landmark project, spanning 34,000 square meters of architecturalย innovation, with cutting-edge structures that comply with international LEED standards for green building.

The building envelope is characterized by a complex geometry, where multiple structures seamlessly integrate, connecting two streets at varying elevations into a singular, impressive architectural creation.

For this project, we have developed a stick system curtain wall, alongside an innovative system of profiles, columns, beams, and specially designed bullnosesย made of aluminum and industrial stone. These elements work together to create advanced engineering harmony across all systems, accounting for environmental conditions and wind load on the curtain walls.

Every detail has been carefully designed to ensure seamless integration of all building components, creating a resilient, green, ๐Ÿ€ and innovative envelope that reflects the architectural vision and leads constructionย technology forward.
