Matam High-tech & Business Park in Haifa
The Gav Yam project in the Matam High-tech & Business Park in Haifa is an office building constructed according to plans by Yashar Architects.
The building’s 270,000 m² are located in Haifa’s southern outskirts.
The project includes two masses connected by an independent atrium wall and stick system curtain walling glazed with insulating glass. The glass encases a shading system to control the amount of light penetrating the building. In addition to the shading system, tin boxes with LED lights are installed to control the building’s lighting. Another system to be included in the project is a minimal steel system encased in glass five meters high, giving the ground floor a unique appearance.
