The Da Vinci project – Residential
One of the largest complexes ever built in Israel, with both residences and offices
A unique complex of two, 43-story residential towers. The towers will be built in parallel, alongside an office building that is also a part of the complex. The residential towers will have a building envelope of curtain walls that incorporate glass panels with integrated electronic shading solutions and tin panels protruding from approximately 50cm from the glass line. The Hidden windows in the curtain walls will provide internal ventilation, and the balconies will have glass and aluminum railings in a clean and minimalist design.
The project will include 32,000m² of curtain walls and 18,500m² of tin cladding
