To meet client specifications, the project includes highly sophisticated smart façade systems, such as a climatic double skin façade and a naturally-ventilated 60 cm double skin curtain wall system with maintenance and cleaning walkways.

In addition, curtain walls, glass cladding, and metal cladding will give the building an innovative and exceptional look, along with functionality, energy savings and user comfort of the highest standard.
