Rothschild 22
An office tower at the heart of Rothschild Boulevard in Tel Aviv, which rises to 29 stories and features advanced architecture and design, combining aluminum and glass in various geometric shapes.
The building is divided into two masses, connected by a transparent elevator shaft, which is carried out by a curtain wall on a steel console.
The building envelope features curtain walls, glazed with floor-to-ceiling glass, and the slanted curtain wall on the southern facade gives the building an impressive presence.
In addition, the project included aluminum composite panels, cladding, light walls and in the ground floor a curtain wall system hanging on 18m high stainless-steel bars in the atrium.
